Septisys GmbH was founded in Liebenfels in 2023 and specializes in IT maintenance, IT support, and administrative office support.

The name “Septisys” is a coined word, derived from “Septi” for septillion – a one followed by 42 zeros – and “sys” for systems. With this playful reference to the number 42 as the “answer to everything”, our name reflects both our curiosity and our commitment to solving complex challenges with clear solutions.

This attitude also drives our corporate development. In a world increasingly shaped by geopolitical upheavals, one thing is becoming clearer: digital sovereignty is essential for Europe. That is the focus of our work – we help businesses build and manage infrastructures based on open-source systems and European solutions.

In doing so, we not only enable our customers to achieve more independence from large global corporations, but also contribute to strengthening the European software industry and promoting the open-source community. Our goal is to give organizations full control over their data, systems, and processes – independently, transparently, and securely.
